Snow is not a rare sight on the Golan Heights. Every winter around Januar there's at least a gentle layer of snow blanketing the ground. In 2012 the amounts of snow were unusual with up to 3 feet / 1 meter of new snow falling fast and thick all over the Golan Heights and Mt. Hermon until mid-February. These photos were taken on February 2012. 36 images.
