Photos from Kibutz Neve Ur (נְוֵה אוּר, lit. Fire Oasis) is a Kibutz in the Bet Shean valley. The name is a reference to the Biblical town of Ur Kasdim in Mesopotamia, where Abraham lived. Neve Ur was established in 1948, and first settled in 1949 by immigrants from Iraq. The photos are from 2008 to 2010. 29 images.
